Package Details:
We find that it is very important to meet our Bride and Groom in person to discuss our services. We believe meeting in person is extremely important to make sure that there is chemistry between us and our potential clients. We believe that you need to feel comfortable and pleased with the people you are entrusting your special day to.

This package is very basic. The initial consultation is complimentary. After that we would schedule 2 more meetings to discuss our involvement in your wedding. The second meeting will take place to sign the contracts and gather information on your vendors and bridal party. The last meeting will be to touch base and make sure that all vital pieces of the wedding are completed before the big day. Usually this meeting takes place 1 week before the wedding.

The day of the wedding our staff will coordinate all aspects of the wedding. At the church we will make sure that all bridal party members have their flowers/boutonnieres, etc. We will make sure that the ushers are escorting guests and handing out programs. We will arrange the programs and bubbles or rose petals for your guests to pick up on the way in/out. The bridal party will be lined up for the processional, and we remind them what they need to do. If there are to be any readings, we will make sure that the readers are seated in an area where they can easily access Alter without too many complications.

At the reception we greet all the vendors and provide them with a copy of your timeline. Coordinate bridal party for photographs. Assist Maitre’ D with timeline and miscellaneous services. We are your Personal Assistant throughout the evening. At the end of the evening we will gather all your personal effects and make sure that they are given to the person you designate responsible for transporting your belongings.

Package Details:
This is a full-service package. The initial consultation is complimentary. Site visit usually consists of the church and reception hall. Client meetings are unlimited, and usually occur at least once per month leading up to the wedding. At the second meeting, contracts signed and we gather information on your vendors and bridal party. The last meeting will be to touch-base and make sure that all vital pieces of the wedding are complete before the big day.

We will develop a timeline of events for your bridal party and vendors. We contact each vendor and introduce ourselves, we then conclude what time they will be arriving for set-up and determine if they have any special needs. At our last meeting, we will review the timeline and make sure that it correctly reflects the schedule of events at your wedding. Copies will be distributed to each vendor and bridal party member so they are aware of the day’s events.

A day or two before the wedding we will attend and direct the wedding ceremony rehearsal. We will make sure that your bridal party understands where they need to be, what time they need to arrive at the church, practice the processional and recessional, and make sure that they understand everything they are expected to do during and after the ceremony. Additionally, any items that you have for the wedding can be given to us that day and we will transport them to the church/reception for the big day (place cards, favors, programs, bubbles, etc.)

This package includes a few event design elements as well. We will setup your place card display as well as help distribute or display your favors. We can help you manage your budget as well as help you locate reputable vendors for your wedding. We have a full staff available to help coordinate all the aspects of your wedding from set-up to breakdown, full coordination and staffing your customized stations.
